Stress and Anxiety

Stress and anxiety is rampant today, more so than ever before specially in the Washington Dc area.  The uncertainty caused by the new administration and the radical changes that they are proposing is causing uncertainty and fear of the unknown.  While we may think of medicine to find relief with all the anxiety and stress, there are better and safer more effective ways such as acupuncture.

Acupuncture is about helping the body to remember how to function at its best.  Acupuncture is about the energetics of the body and their smooth flow throughout the body.   When this flow is interrupted due to stress, trauma, poor diet, poor sleep, or disease, symptoms come up.  The best way I know of dealing with various symptoms where surgery and pharmaceuticals is not needed, is thru acupuncture.

Acupuncture
